Posted January 25, 2017. Hi, Just did some checking as the post above says it in the VIN stickers is in the drivers door jam the paint code is in a row of seven boxes on the left hand side - it is the sixth one down - my car is sea grey which is X6 which is in that box. Hope this helps.
